As a business controller, I'm responsible for producing reports and analyses. These reports must provide timely, accurate, and relevant information that demonstrates the extent to which your organization is progressing towards its strategic objectives. With my experience, I am well-equipped to assess the quality of current reports and to make improvements where necessary. I know my figures and I am not afraid to engage in a healthy discussion when necessary.

‍Through the numerous ERP implementations I've conducted, I have a deep understanding of the data available to organizations. ERP solutions often contain a wealth of data that is not always optimally utilized.

Strategy
I have been closely involved in determining the strategic objectives of CRV and translating these objectives into Critical Success Factors (KSFs) and concrete KPIs.

Business Intelligence
As a project leader, I was responsible for redesigning Management Reports and implementing them in Power BI.
