I have been responsible for Finance during the implementation of Infor (M3) at several companies, both in the Netherlands and abroad. Key experiences include:

• Financial expertise in Infor (M3): I possess in-depth knowledge of the financial aspects of Infor M3.
• ERP mindset: Understanding the concept of integrating all processes into one system.
• Project management: Knowledge of best practices and pitfalls in software implementations.
• Onboarding of employees: This includes documenting all processes, training employees, and managing change. Motivating and engaging employees intrinsically.

My specific expertise lies primarily with Infor M3, but I can also play a significant role in the implementation of other ERP systems. As a controller, I am well-versed in the requirements from Finance. Even though the user interface may differ, the ERP concept remains the same. Additionally, I have extensive experience in documenting processes and training employees.

In this way, I ensure that all financial processes are well-documented, employees are trained, knowledge is retained within the organization, and minimal capacity from existing staff is required during the implementation.
