What can I do for you?

With my ERP experience, I have always been involved in configuring software to streamline processes. This is something that gives me a lot of energy. Here are some areas I focus on:

• Optimizing the ERP solution to reduce manual tasks. For example, automating bank statement reconciliation.
• Optimizing reports by defining better KPI’s and accessing data that was previously unavailable.
• Process optimization. We often do things the way they've always been done. A fresh perspective from someone who knows what automation can achieve can add significant value here.
• Optimizing people. I enjoy guiding employees to a higher level.

The human aspect is crucial in the above. I have extensive experience in building consensus. I do this by listening, showing empathy, and then demonstrating the opportunities which the changes can bring.
